Grossly interested in the life and works of that Man - Robert Burns - and hoping that I will meet up with him some day, in the company of my first love, to obtain the "truths" rather than the "myths".
Presently researching the life, works, etc. of Janet Thomson Hamilton (poetess 1795-1873) for production on C.D.Rom, she being born in my home Parish of Shotts.
Involved in the restoration of Scotland's built heritage - especially castles!!
The day job involves working at our local Heritage Centre.
